The result of the experience accumulated since 1991 in the tempering of flat glass and the use of a convection furnace, enables us to ensure the tempering of complex glasses, such as triple silver coatings. In addition, we also offer heat strengthened glass.
The tempering process consists of subjecting the glass to a very high temperature (over 600ºC) in a furnace and then cooling it using fans, which bring the glass to room temperature very quickly; the hardening happens precisely at this stage, where the internal molecules of the glass contract and the structural transformation of glass, where it will have accumulated an internal state of simultaneous tension and compression.
Horizontal oven: It promotes faster heating, which leaves the glass plate more homogeneous, as well as its fragmentation in case of an accident. Horizontal transport equalizes the temperature rises and falls at each point on the plate. The glass does not deform, because there is no gravity action.
